Acceptable Use Policy

1. Honest advertising

• Don't make false or misleading claims about a product, its results, price or availability.
• Don't present AI avatars or virtual humans as real customers, real reviewers or real experts.
• Don't make a creator twin say they personally bought, used or got results from a product unless that is true and the creator agreed to it.
• Follow endorsement and disclosure rules (such as the US FTC Endorsement Guides) and platform rules for paid partnerships and AI-generated content.
• Don't remove, crop out or hide AI labels or the EverTwin watermark.

2. Real people's likeness

• Only use a real person's face or voice through a creator twin you have licensed, or your own clone made from your own face and voice.
• Don't upload photos, video or recordings of someone else to make a likeness of them without their written consent.
• Don't impersonate celebrities, public figures, politicians or any real person, or suggest their endorsement.
• Never depict anyone who is, or appears to be, under 18.

3. Blocked categories

These categories are blocked for every presenter, and creators can block more of their own:

• Medical claims (diagnosis, treatment, cures, prescription drugs)
• Alcohol
• Tobacco and vaping
• Gambling and betting
• Weapons
• Adult or sexual content
• Politics, elections and issue advertising

Some categories, such as finance, supplements and weight management, are allowed only where the law and the ad platform allow them, without guaranteed results, and only with creators who have opted in to that category.

4. Harmful content

• No hate, harassment, threats, violence, self-harm or content that sexualises anyone.
• No misinformation designed to deceive, including fake news clips or fake testimonials about real events.
• No content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights. Only use music, logos and footage you have rights to.
• No scams, phishing, malware or illegal products and services.

5. Using the Service fairly

• Don't share accounts, resell access, or create accounts to get around limits or bans.
• Don't scrape, reverse engineer, overload or probe the Service for vulnerabilities. To report a security issue, contact support.
• Only ask us to read websites you own or are allowed to use.

6. Enforcement

We check scripts and videos against creators' rules and the blocked categories, and our team may review content. We may refuse to generate, remove content, revoke access to a creator twin, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and may report illegal content to the authorities. Credits used on content that breaks this policy are not refunded. If you think we made a mistake, contact support.

To report misuse of EverTwin or of your likeness, use the support form. We act quickly on likeness complaints.
